Paragon Entertainment Limited (PEL) (the "Company"), the AIM-listed visitor attractions business, was today informed that Mark Pyrah, a director of the Company, purchased 181,814 ordinary shares of 0.1p each for a total consideration of GBP9,999.95 earlier today.

Following the transaction, Mark Pyrah owns 18,956,889 ordinary shares of 0.1p each, representing 11.7% of the Company's issued share capital.
