Mattioli Woods plc (AIM: MTW.L), the specialist wealth management and employee benefits business, announces that on 1 April 2014, Kate Bolton, the wife of James Bolton, Managing Director of the Company's subsidiary Atkinson Bolton Consulting Limited, sold 7,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 445 pence per share. James Bolton now has a beneficial interest in 433,718 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.2% of the Company's issued share capital.
