The Company has been notified on 30 October 2015 that on that day, E.K. Ford, Non-Executive Chairman, sold 500,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Shares") at a price of 4 pence per Share.
Following the transaction, the beneficial holding of Mr. Ford in the Company is 13,499,997 Shares, representing approximately 11.46% of the issued share capital of the Company.
