Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and Connected Persons

Senior plc has been notified that on 9 October 2008, Martin Clark, the Company's Chairman, purchased 30,000 Ordinary 10 pence shares in the Company, at a price of 72.5 pence per share, in the name of his wife, Mrs Pamela Clark.

Following this transaction, the combined holding of Martin and Pamela Clark is 90,000 shares, representing 0.023% of the issued share capital of the Company.
