Bioquell PLC02 May 2006 TO: COMPANIES ANNOUNCEMENT OFFICE FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 2 May 2006 BIOQUELL PLC DIRECTORS' DEALINGS Exercise of options and sale of shares On 28 April 2006, Nicholas Adams, Chief Executive of BIOQUELL PLC ("BIOQUELL" or"the Company"), informed the Company that he had exercised 150,000 options overBIOQUELL ordinary shares ("Shares") with an exercise price of 23p, and sold150,000 Shares at 112p on 27 April 2006. The 150,000 options which Mr Adams exercised had an expiry date of 16 June 2006.
