Director's shareholding

The Company received notification on 15 January 2009 that Jusuf Rachmantio (a director of the Company) provided a charge over an additional 4,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company (representing approximately 0.6 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary shares) in which he is beneficially interested to the Bank of Scotland on 15 July 2008 as security for a personal bank loan, thereby bringing the total of his beneficial interest charged in this way to 20,000,000 ordinary shares.
