Journeo (AIM: JNEO), the specialist provider of integrated IoT systems and software to the passenger transport markets, has been informed that on 11 December 2019 Nick Lowe, Finance Director, purchased 15,000 ordinary shares of 6.5p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 53 pence per share.
The Company has 8,227,500 Ordinary Shares in issue (none of which are held in Treasury).
