Dealings by Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ('PDMRs')
The Restaurant Group plc ('the Company') announces that it was notified on 18 April 2013 that a family trust (which includes connected persons) for which Andrew Page, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, acts as a trustee, inherited a beneficial interest over 16,038 ordinary shares in the Company.
Following this transaction, Mr. Page's beneficial shareholding in The Restaurant Group plc remains 720,056 shares, representing 0.36% of the issued share capital.
