Senior plc has been notified that on 4 November 2009, Ron Case, a PDMR, and his wife sold 92,749 Ordinary 10 pence shares in the Company, at a price of 58.8 pence per share. Following this transaction, Mr and Mrs Case no longer hold shares in the Company.
