McBride PLC20 December 2007 McBride plc Dealing by Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities McBride plc ("the Company") has been notified today that John (Iain) GrantNapier, non-executive Chairman, has today purchased 10,000 Ordinary shares inthe Company at a price of 101 pence per share. Following this purchase, Mr Napier holds an interest in 24,807 Ordinary sharesrepresenting 0.014% of the issued share capital of the Company.
