Zotefoams PLC22 November 2005 Zotefoams plc ("the Company") Directors' Shareholdings The Company was notified on 21 November 2005 that Mr Clifford Hurst and Mr DavidStirling, both directors of the Company, have each exercised 12,337 optionsunder the Company's SAYE scheme at an exercise price of 77p per ordinary 5pshare ("Ordinary Share").
