Styles & Wood, a leading UK provider of property support to major retailers, banks and commercial organisations, today announces that Tony Lenehan has been appointed CEO effective from 1st January 2011. This follows Ivan McKeever's intention to step down from the Group at the end of the year after leading the successful refinancing of the business in 2009 and its' expected return to profitability in 2010.

Tony Lenehan, 51, joins Styles & Wood from Bovis Lend Lease, where he was responsible for the company's construction business interests in the north of England and nationally for property related services in the Defence sector with annual revenues in excess of £500m. He was previously with Carillion where he held the positions of Managing Director for the Building Division and latterly the Integrated Property Solutions Business. During this time he had significant exposure to a number of sectors including healthcare, education, retail and commercial.

Ivan McKeever said:

There are no further details that are required to be disclosed in respect of Mr Lenehan's appointment under LR 9.6.13R of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
