Amco Corporation plc 24 October 2006 Appointment of Director Amco Corporation plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Stephen Farehamas a Director with immediate effect. Stephen (aged 56 years) has been managingdirector Billington Structures Limited, the group's principal structural steelsubsidiary, since 1991. He is a Chartered Engineer, a Fellow of the Institutionof Structural Engineers and a member of the Institution of Occupational Safetyand Health. He was President of the industry's trade association the BritishConstructional Steelwork Association (BCSA) from 2000 to 2003. In addition to Amco Group companies, Stephen is a director of BCSA Ltd andduring the past five years Stephen has been, but is no longer, a director ofSteel Construction Certification Scheme Ltd. There are no further matters to be disclosed under the AIM Rules.
