Rotork PLC11 December 2007 11 December 2007 Rotork p.l.c. ("Rotork" or the "Group") Rotork, the specialist engineering company, announces that Bill Whiteley, ChiefExecutive, will be retiring at the Group's AGM on 2 May 2008. Bill will besucceeded by Peter France, currently Chief Operating Officer of the Group, whowill be appointed Chief Executive at the AGM.
