Radstone Technology PLC10 June 2005 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 10 June 2005 Radstone Technology PLC (the "Company") Director Shareholding The Company was informed on 9 June 2005 that the Trustee of the RadstoneTechnology PLC Share Incentive Plan (the "Trust"), purchased a further 4,736ordinary shares of 12.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Following thepurchase the Trust now holds 162,782 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.54% of theissued ordinary share capital of the Company.
