SVM Global Fund plc announces that on 28 September 2012 it bought back 57,924 of its Ordinary Shares for cancellation in the market at a price of 253.25 pence per share; these shares will be cancelled on 3 October 2012.
After cancellation of these shares on 3 October 2012, the issued share capital of SVM Global Fund plc will be 48,315,546 Ordinary Shares and there will be no shares held in Treasury.
