Morgan Sindall PLC07 March 2006 Morgan Sindall plc("Morgan Sindall" or the "Group") Morgan Est in joint venture to build £90m Upper Forth Bridge at Kincardine Morgan Est, Morgan Sindall's Infrastructure Services division, and VinciConstruction Grands Projets, have jointly been awarded a £90 million contract todesign and build the new A876 Upper Forth Crossing at Kincardine in Fife forTransport Scotland. The project is for a new 1.2 kilometre bridge spanning the Forth Estuarytogether with 6.4 kilometres of approach road and associated works. Theprogramme of works is set to begin in June 2006 with completion expected in late2008.
