Costain Group PLC09 December 2005 Costain Group PLC("Costain" or "the Group") Consortium for M25 DBFO An Anglo-French consortium, comprising Costain, Carillion, Laing Roads, MouchelParkman, Jacobs-Babtie, VINCI and ASF has been formed to tender for the HighwaysAgency's 30-year design, build, operate and finance programme for the M25. The Preferred Bidder announcement is expected in autumn 2007. The constructionworks will be carried out by a joint venture led by Costain and VINCI.
