Report 48/2009: Change the date of disclosing consolidated semi-annual financial statements of the bank for the I half of 2009 and decision not to disclose consolidated quarterly report for the IIquarter of 2009
Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. ("Bank") announces that its financial calendar has been adjusted to the requirements of the Minister of Finance Decree dated on February 19, 2009 on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and terms of recognizing as equivalent to it any information required by a country other than the Member State. Bank has changed the date of disclosing its consolidated semi-annual financial statements for the I half of 2009 on August 4, 2009 and has decided not to disclose consolidated quarterly report for the II quarter of 2009.
Legal basis:
§103 section 2 of the Minister of Finance Decree dated February 19, 2009 on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and terms of recognizing as equivalent to it any information required by a country other than the Member State.
