Unicorn AIM VCT plc ("the Company") Appointment of Director Unicorn AIM VCT plc is pleased to announce that it has appointed Jocelin Harristo be a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 25 April 2005.Mr Harris has also been appointed as Chairman of the Company's Audit Committeewith immediate effect.Mr Harris is currently Managing Director of Durrington Corporation Limited.
