Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the London Stock Exchange Plc for a total of 135,118 ordinary shares of 5p each ("shares") to be admitted to the Official List.
These shares are being issued in respect of elections to participate in the Scrip Dividend Scheme in respect of the Final Dividend for the year ended 31 December 2010.
These shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary shares.
