AGM STATEMENT

George Hardie, the Chairman of Printing.com plc (AIM: PDC), will release the following announcement at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held at 10.00am in Manchester today.

Trading Update

Post the last update, trading has proved softer across the established channels reflecting the continued economic uncertainty.

However, we continue to make progress regarding the commercial exploitation of the Company's 'Template Technology'.

Following the Company's AGM, as announced previously, I will be retiring from the Board to be replaced as Chairman by non-executive director Les Wheatley.

During my time, having been Chairman since before Printing.com plc's IPO in 2000, the Group has returned over £9 million to shareholders, now has a robust balance sheet and has developed innovative technology which I believe is on the cusp of commercial success.
