JSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: MICEX-RTS, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) announces the agenda of the Board of Directors meeting to be held in absentia on April 28, 2012.

The agenda includes the following items:

1. On approval of purchasing policy of RusHydro. On ensuring the implementation of direct long-term contracts for supply of metal products following the decree of Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia.

2. On approving the Regulations on voluntary mechanisms of ecological accountability by RusHydro.

The information on decisions of the Board will be made available in compliance with regulatory requirements.
