Ceramic Fuel Cells Limited09 May 2008 09 May 2008 Ceramic Fuel Cells Limited Admission of New Shares to AIM Ceramic Fuel Cells Limited (AIM / ASX: CFU) (the "Company"), a leading globalfuel cell developer, is pleased to announce that it has completed the placing ofnew ordinary shares to institutional investors in the UK and Europe aspreviously announced on 2 May 2008. The new shares were issued and admitted to trading on the AIM market today. TheCompany will apply for the new shares to also be quoted on the ASX. The placing raised gross proceeds of approximately £7.0 million (A$14.7million). These funds will provide CFCL with further working capital tofacilitate the Company's continued commercialisation activities including theintegration of its fuel cell products with conventional condensing boilers.
