Application has been made for 84,949 Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the Company to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange.
These shares have been allotted in accordance with the rules of the Wolseley Employees Savings Related Share Option Scheme 2010, Wolseley Employee Share Purchase Plan 2010 and Wolseley European Sharesave Plan. They are issued fully paid and rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued Ordinary Shares of the Company.
