CHARLES STANLEY GROUP PLC ADDITIONAL LISTING
Charles Stanley Group Plc (the 'Company') has been notified today that two employees have acquired a total sum of 25,000 ordinary shares of 25p each as the result of the exercise of an option under the Company's Save As You Earn Scheme at a price of 96 pence per share.
Accordingly, application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for these shares to be admitted to the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange for trading. The shares rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company and dealings are expected to commence on Wednesday 9th July 2008.
