McBride PLC14 June 2007 McBride plc announces that an application has been made to the London StockExchange and UK Listing Authority for the admission to the Official List of ablock listing of 745,000 ordinary shares of 10p each. These shares, which rankpari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue, will be allotted fromtime to time in accordance with the exercise of options under the McBride 1995Savings Related Share Option Scheme.
