Tribal Group PLC16 August 2006 Application has been made for the admission of 767,028 new ordinary shares of 5peach in Tribal Group plc (the "New Tribal Shares") to the Official List of theUK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. The New Tribal Shares have been issued by way of further consideration pursuantto earn-out arrangements in respect of the acquisitions of shares detailedbelow.
