Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Board of Quindell Plc (AIM: QPP.L) has been informed that Robert Bright, a director of the Company, purchased 25,000 Ordinary Shares of 1 penny each on 28 April 2014 at a price of 20.0 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Mr Bright is interested in a total of 1,875,611 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.03% of the total issued share capital.
