Dispatch of Prospectus and Provisional Allotment Letters
Further to the announcement on 7 July 2011 in relation to a fully underwritten Rights Issue to raise net proceeds of approximately £63 million, Workspace announces that the Prospectus and the Provisional Allotment Letters relating to the Rights Issue have been posted to Qualifying non-CREST Shareholders.
A copy of the Prospectus is available for inspection at www.Hemscott.com/nsm.do. In addition, the Prospectus is available to view on the Company's website (www.workspacegroupplc.co.uk) and is available for inspection at the offices of Slaughter and May, 1 Bunhill Row, London EC1Y 8YY.
