Receipt of an award of shares to the persons listed in 3 above pursuant to the Workspace Group PLC Long Term Incentive Plan. No consideration is payable for the shares.
As a result of the vesting of the award of shares to the persons listed in 3 above, a number of shares included within 11 below were disposed of to satisfy the tax and national insurance liabilities (and associated dealing costs) arising on vesting.
This equated to 70,188 shares for Mr Clemett and 68,864 shares for each of Messrs Pieroni and Boag.
