NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRTECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL REPSONSIBILITIES ('PDMR') OR CONNECTED PERSONS.
The Company received notification on 2 July 2010 that the following Directors/PDMRs had acquired, via the Employee Share Ownership Trust today, the following ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company at a purchase price of 21.25 pence per share:
