Additional Listing
An application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange Plc for 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 10p each ("Shares") to be admitted to the Official List of the UKLA and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange. The Shares represent 1.64% of the Company’s issued share capital.
The application has been made for the purposes of allotting shares to the Company’s Employee Benefit Trust in order to satisfy the exercise of options under Company share schemes. The Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary shares of the Company.
The additional shares are expected to be admitted to the Official List of the UKLA and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange with effect from 8 a.m. on 4 August 2015 (“Admission”).
Following Admission of the Shares, the Company’s issued share capital will be 123,747,293 Ordinary shares of 10p each.
The above figure of 123,747,293 ordinary shares of 10p each may be used by shareholders, from the date of Admission, as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the FCA’s Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
