Total Voting Rights
In conformity with rule 5.6.1R of the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules ("DTRs"), The Vitec Group plc ("Vitec") is required to notify the market of the following:
As at 31 May 2014, Vitec's issued capital was 44,188,108 ordinary shares of 20 pence each, each share carrying one vote.
The above figure of 44,188,108 may be used by shareholders to determine if they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in Vitec under the DTRs.
