Director Change - Paul Hayes
The Vitec Group plc ("Vitec" or the "Group"), the international provider of products and services for the Broadcast and Photographic markets, announces that Paul Hayes, Group Finance Director, has informed the Board that he will be leaving Vitec to become the Chief Financial Officer of Consort Medical plc. Paul will remain with Vitec until April 2017.
The search process to identify his successor is now underway.
John McDonough, Chairman of Vitec, said:
"The Board would like to thank Paul for his outstanding commitment and dedication over the last five years. During this time, he has made a significant contribution to the Company's transformation, including developing a first class commercial finance function to support initiatives to grow the business, increase margins and deliver strong cash flow.
