VTB Bank Supervisory Council meeting
VTB Bank Supervisory Council elected Vasily Titov, Deputy Chairman of the Board, as First Deputy Chairman of the VTB Bank Management Board.
VTB Bank Supervisory Council also elected Erkin Norov, Senior Vice President and Head of Internal Control Division, as a member of the VTB Bank Management Board.
The Bank's organization structure is changing which includes establishing a new department on the base of the Internal Control Division. The Supervisory Council approved the Regulations of the new Internal Control Department with Mr. Norov as the head of this new structural unit.

In investment banking it provides debt capital markets underwriting, project financing, merger and acquisition financing, advisory services, asset management and venture funds.
The Group had 41,427 employees as of March 31, 2009. The Government of the Russian Federation is VTB`s main shareholder and owns, through the Federal Property Management Agency, 77.5 % of its registered share capital.
