Publication of Final Terms
The following Final Terms have been filed with the UK Listing Authority and are available for viewing:
Final Terms dated 27 February 2017 (the "Final Terms") relating to Norwegian Krone 850,000,000 3.115 per cent. Notes due 1 March 2027 (the "Notes") to be issued pursuant to the €30,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme of Vodafone Group Plc (the "Issuer").
