UNITED UTILITIES PLC TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS Month end - 29 February 2008
In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1 United Utilities PLC hereby notify the market that on 29 February 2008 the total number of voting rights in the company is 880,811,201 and the total shares in issue are 880,811,201. No shares are held in Treasury.
