CPI Linked Notes due 10 February 2037 (the "Series 60 Final Terms") under the United Utilities PLC and United Utilities Water Finance PLC multi-issuer EUR 7,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme and unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by United Utilities Water Limited.
