GENERAL TEXT AMENDMENT
The following amendments have been made to the 'Transaction in Own Shares' announcement released on 9 May 2022 at 17:43 under RNS No 8487K.
The shares purchased will be held in Treasury.
The Baillie Gifford US Growth Trust plc will hold 500,000 ordinary shares in Treasury.
All other details remain unchanged.

Purchase of Own Securities
On 9 May 2022, Baillie Gifford US Growth Trust plc purchased 500,000 ordinary shares at a price of 167.431p. The shares purchased will be held in Treasury.
Following the purchase of the above shares 306,860,000 ordinary shares of 1p each will remain in issue. The Baillie Gifford US Growth Trust plc will hold 500,000 ordinary shares in Treasury.
The above figure (306,860,000) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, The Baillie Gifford US Growth Trust plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
