Admission to Official List of Ordinary Shares and Total Voting Rights

Greencoat UK Wind plc ("UK Wind" or the "Company"), the listed infrastructure fund invested solely in operational UK wind farms, announces that the 80,975,610 New Shares issued in connection with UK Wind's Placing, Open Offer and Offer for Subscription have been today admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the premium segment of the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.

Unconditional dealings in the New Shares will commence at 8.00am today and will trade under the ticker UKW.

In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1A, as at 18 December 2013, UK Wind's issued share capital consists of 341,243,001 Ordinary Shares of 1p each, with no Ordinary Shares held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue is 341,243,001 each with the right to one vote.

The above figure of 341,243,001 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for their calculations to determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1R, the prospectus (the "Prospectus") published by the Company on 15 November 2013 has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and is available for inspection at www.morningstar.com.
