Director and PDMR Shareholdings
Taylor Wimpey plc (the "Company"): Taylor Wimpey 2008 Executive Incentive Scheme - Share Deferral
In accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R(1), the Company has been advised that on 4 April 2011, SG Hambros Trust Company (Channel Islands)Limited, as Trustee of the Taylor Wimpey 2008 Executive Incentive Scheme ("TWEIS"), set aside six hundred and twenty thousand, seven hundred and twenty seven shares out of its balance of ordinary shares in the Company, for use under the TWEIS at 40.88 pence per share (being the mid market closing share price on 1st April 2011 for the Company's shares on the London Stock Exchange).
As previously announced, under the TWEIS, certain participants are required to defer into trust a proportion of their gross cash bonus into shares in the Company for a period of three years. The Executives listed below have the following interest in the shares held on trust with each amount equivalent to 25% of their 2010 gross cash bonus:
