This is further to our disclosure dated May 2, 2023 wherein Tata Steel Limited ('Company') had inter alia informed that the 116th AGM of the Company will be held on Wednesday,July 5, 2023.
Please find enclosed herewith:
a. the Notice of the 116th AGM scheduled to be held on Wednesday, July 5, 2023 at3:00 p.m. (IST) via two-way Video Conference/Other Audio-Visual Means.
b. the 8th Integrated Report & 116th Annual Accounts of the Company for FY 2022-23 ('Integrated Report')
c. Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report for FY 2022-23 ('BRSR')
The Notice along with the Statement forms part of Integrated Report. The BRSR also forms part of the Integrated Report.
The Integrated Report (including BRSR) and the Notice of AGM along with the Statement is being sent through electronic mode to those Members whose e-mail addresses are registered with the Company/Registrar and Transfer Agent/Depository Participant/ Depositories.
