RESULT OF 2015/2016 OFFER FOR SUBSCRIPTION

The Board of The Renewables Infrastructure Group Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce that a total of 7.5 million New Ordinary Shares will be issued under the 2015/2016 Offer at a price of 102.25 pence per New Ordinary Share raising gross proceeds of approximately £7.7 million.
The 2015/2016 Offer was significantly oversubscribed and certain applications have been scaled back. As stated in the Securities Note published on 19 March 2015 and the announcement published on 10 April 2015, the Directors have given priority to applications for smaller amounts and also to applicants subscribing on behalf of ISA holders, with additional priority given to early applications.
Application has been made for all of the New Shares to be admitted to the premium listing segment of the Official List of the FCA and to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities. It is expected that Admission will become effective, and that dealings in the New Ordinary Shares will commence, on 22 April 2015.
