Decisions of the Extraordinary General Shareholders' Meeting of JSC TransContainer

On 14 May 2013, the Extraordinary General Shareholders' Meeting of JSC TransContainer ("TransContainer" or the "Company") (LSE: TRCN) has passed the following resolutions:

1. Terminate the term of the current members of the Company's Board of Directors.

2. Elect the following persons to the Board of Directors of TransContainer:

- Petr Vasilievich Baskakov;

- Aleksei Yurievich Davydov;

- Pavel Dmitrievih Ilyichev;

- Irina Alexandrovna Kostenets;

- Irina Sergeevna Shytkina;

- Zhanar Bagdatovna Rymzhanova;

- David Hexter;

- Yuri Viktorovich Novozhilov;

- Stephen Marc Peel;

- Anna Grigorievna Belova;

- Alexei Nikolaevich Grom.

Zhanar Bagdatovna Rymzhanova

Year of birth: 1968

Education: State Governance Academy under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan (1989), specialization: Economist; Georgetown University (WDC)

2006-2012: Director for Infrastructure and Power Industry/Russia/European Bank for Reconstruction and Development
