Tribal Group PLC03 February 2006 Tribal Group plc ("the Company") On 1 February 2006, Abacus Corporate Trustee Limited, the trustees of TribalGroup's Employee Share Ownership Trust ("the Trust") purchased 32,829 ordinary5p shares on behalf of the Trust at 186p per share. The total number of shares held by the Trust is 853,091, representing 1.06% ofthe Company's issued share capital. The shares were purchased by the Trust to satisfy in due course and, ifappropriate, grant awards under the Company's previously announced Share OptionPlans and Save As You Earn (SAYE) Plan. As the Trust's shares may ultimatelyvest in executive directors and senior executives, all directors and PersonsDischarging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMR) in the Company are treated asinterested in transactions by the Trust.
