Tribal Group PLC19 May 2006 Tribal Group plc ("the Company") Holding(s) in Company Tribal Group plc (the "Company") was notified today that Abacus CorporateTrustee Limited, the trustee of the Company's Employee Share Ownership Trust("the Trust") on 16 May 2006 transferred 3780 ordinary shares of 5p each in theCompany pursuant to the exercise of options under the Company's Save As You EarnAll-employee Share Plan. The number of Tribal Group plc shares now held by theTrust is 849,331 ordinary shares of 5p each, representing 1.05% of the Company'sissued share capital. The directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs) of theCompany are treated as interested in share dealings by the Trust, as theCompany's shares held by the Trust may vest in them ultimately.
