ISSUE OF EQUITY AND TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS
The Directors of Triple Point Venture VCT Plc (the "Company") are pleased to announce the allotment of 3,769,252 Venture Shares of 1p each at an average price of 98.737 pence per share on 2 April 2024 pursuant to the offer for subscription set out in a prospectus issued by the Company on 22 September 2023.
The shares allotted are to be admitted to the Official List. Admission is expected to become effective on or around 16 April 2024.
As a consequence of this allotment the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company is now 68,004,283 Venture Class Shares.
