INTENTION TO LAUNCH AN OFFER FOR SUBSCRIPTION

The Board of Triple Point VCT 2011 plc are pleased to announce their intention to launch a new offer for subscription (the "Offer") of new Venture Shares for subscription in the 2019/2020 and 2020/2021 tax years.

 

Full details of the Offer will be contained in a prospectus that is expected to be published shortly.
