Technology Minerals Plc (LSE: TM1), the first listed UK company focused on creating a sustainable circular economy for battery metals, announces it has received the following TR-1 notification from Macquarie Bank Limited ("MBL") of a major interest in shares. The date on which the threshold was crossed was 21 February 2023 and subsequently, it was announced on 31 March 2023, that MBL had converted all the Convertible Bonds it purchased to date under the convertible bond facility (the "Facility"), announced on 9 December 2022, and hold no shares converted from the Facility.
